Grilled Sriracha Shrimp

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb Uncooked Shrimp (Medium 31 – 40 Count) Peeled and Deveined
  • Bamboo Skewers
  • Sriracha Smokin 208 BBQ Rub

Prep Time:  30 minutes
Pellets: Your Choice
Cook Time: 15 – 20 minutes 

LET’S GET STARTED

  • Preheat Grill to 330 degrees
  • Soak Bamboo Skewers for 30 minutes in water to prevent burning
  • Sprinkle liberal amount of Sriracha Smokin 208 BBQ Rub to coat shrimp
  • Skewer shrimp leaving space between the shrimp on the skewers
  • Cook for 8 – 10 minutes on each side till shrimp is pink – Do not overcook.
