Grilled Sriracha Shrimp

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb Uncooked Shrimp (Medium 31 – 40 Count) Peeled and Deveined
- Bamboo Skewers
- Sriracha Smokin 208 BBQ Rub

Cook Time: 15 – 20 minutes
LET’S GET STARTED
- Preheat Grill to 330 degrees
- Soak Bamboo Skewers for 30 minutes in water to prevent burning
- Sprinkle liberal amount of Sriracha Smokin 208 BBQ Rub to coat shrimp
- Skewer shrimp leaving space between the shrimp on the skewers
- Cook for 8 – 10 minutes on each side till shrimp is pink – Do not overcook.
